It's unusual for THOR to stall on bad messages, the current version is
pretty robust in this respect. I wonder if it's another mail that's
actually causing the problem, maybe the one before the one you stall
on.

Could you try downloading mail on your PC and then deleting it all by
webmail?

I've never heard of a mail causing problems for Thor 2.5 (earlier
versions did have some troubles with certain mailers).
